📋 Description

• • The Program Manager will lead cross-functional programs supporting product development initiatives at the Boulder, CO site, driving execution across product development teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery of key milestones and contractual commitments.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include driving end-to-end execution of product development programs, supporting regulatory activities, coordinating regulatory submission readiness, leading cross-functional alignment, translating product strategy into actionable roadmaps, partnering with Alliance Management on external collaborations, adhering to governance processes, managing risks and dependencies, driving accountability without direct authority, supporting process improvement, and cultivating collaborative relationships.
