- • As a Program Manager at Bluehost, you will be instrumental in driving the success of small businesses by supporting and executing critical cross-functional strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our ambitious programs are delivered efficiently and effectively, empowering small businesses to thrive online with powerful simplicity, premium performance, smart tools, and dedicated human support. You will own defined workstreams within larger programs, acting as a linchpin for execution by employing proactive coordination, structured communication, and disciplined tracking of scope, timelines, and dependencies. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to give small businesses the confidence to think big and achieve their online potential.
- • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad range of program execution support. You will be responsible for owning and managing specific workstreams within one to two larger strategic programs, meticulously monitoring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure consistent forward progress. A key aspect of your role will involve coordinating execution across diverse teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring that tasks are clearly scoped, assigned, and progressing according to the established plan. You will be tasked with maintaining comprehensive project plans, providing regular status updates, and diligently managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs. A significant part of your contribution will be preparing weekly status updates and proactively surfacing any risks or potential delays to stakeholders, enabling timely intervention and mitigation. You will also support core program rituals, such as team meetings, status reviews, and documentation efforts, ensuring that follow-ups are tracked and action items are completed promptly. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in identifying execution risks and escalating them appropriately to stakeholders, while also supporting the tracking of mitigation plans and critical dependencies to keep programs on course. Your responsibilities extend to maintaining essential program documentation, timelines, and supporting tools, and you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of program management processes, templates, and standards, fostering a more efficient and effective operational environment.
- • You will be joining a forward-thinking company that believes all small businesses deserve the opportunity to succeed online. Bluehost is dedicated to providing an all-in-one platform that empowers entrepreneurs with the tools and confidence they need to grow. Our culture is built on the principle that our company and customers benefit when employees bring their authentic selves to work. We foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging, with numerous programs and over 20 affinity groups designed to bring employees together, provide learning and development opportunities, and facilitate global networking.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly develop your program and project management skills by leading and supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion. You will gain invaluable experience working within the SaaS, hosting, or eCommerce environments, and potentially become familiar with organizations like Bluehost, GoDaddy, or WP Engine. This position offers a platform to learn different aspects of the business, tackle new challenges, receive mentorship, and grow your career within a supportive and dynamic organization. You can unfold new possibilities and advance your professional journey with Bluehost.
