- • As a Program Manager at CLEAResult, you will lead the development and delivery of an innovative, equity‑focused residential energy efficiency program serving customers across Oregon and Southwest Washington, driving meaningful community impact through energy upgrades that improve affordability, comfort, and safety in homes.
- • Day to day, you will lead and mentor a team focused on increasing participation from customers, contractors, and community‑based organizations; set and execute program strategy to expand equitable services; build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients and stakeholders; oversee program software enhancements; manage budgets, goals, and resource allocation; prepare and analyze performance reports; and translate data and community insights into strategic recommendations.

- • In this role, you will develop leadership and program management expertise, deepen your knowledge of residential energy efficiency and equity‑focused program design, strengthen client and stakeholder engagement skills, and gain experience managing complex, high‑impact programs with measurable community outcomes within a regional leadership team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of relevant experience in residential energy efficiency programs, program development and delivery, project management, home energy auditing, and/or HVAC and weatherization best practices.
- • 2+ years of leadership and people management experience.
- • Experience managing large, complex budgets in the $5M–$10M range.
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Power BI and data analysis tools.
- • Excellent written, reporting, and presentation skills; bilingual communication a plus.
- • Located within commutable distance from Portland (with quarterly travel to Portland required at minimum).
