Program Manager, Card Network Office (CNO)

📋 Description

• • As a Program Manager in the Card Network Office (CNO) at Stripe, you will build and lead a new function focused on ensuring compliance with evolving card network mandates, directly supporting Stripe’s mission to increase the GDP of the internet by enabling seamless, secure, and scalable payment experiences for businesses worldwide.
• • Day to day, you will implement release management processes, review biannual card network updates, establish compliance monitoring frameworks, develop metrics and JIRA dashboards, manage mandate intake and waiver requests, engage with external network partners in forums and councils, and advocate for Stripe’s interests within the card network ecosystem.
• • You will join the Global Partner Engineering and Operations (PE&O) team within Stripe’s Global Partnerships organization—a diverse group of technical and business professionals who manage the technical and operational dimensions of strategic product partnerships, ensure efficient onboarding, oversee KTLO activities, and build partner-agnostic solutions to enhance ecosystem efficiency and scalability.
