📋 Description

• • As a Program Manager, Controls at Copeland LP, you will own the success of strategic accounts by driving growth, overseeing execution, and fostering strong relationships that deliver value. You will serve as the voice of the customer, the driver of internal and external initiatives, and the champion of accountability, shaping customer experience and maximizing ROI.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute program strategies aligned with business goals, monitor execution to ensure milestones are met, communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, follow up on outstanding inquiries and project tasks, develop and refine program roadmaps, lead business reviews, implement process improvements, conduct KPI performance reviews, and maintain real-time program dashboards for visibility.
