📋 Description

• • As a Program Manager, Data Operations at BespokeLabs Inc., you will scale the data ecosystem behind frontier AI models, powering next-generation Reinforcement Learning environments, agentic tasks, and datasets that directly shape how advanced models learn, reason, and act in the world.
• • You will scope and execute expert-driven data programs from task design to delivery, onboard and support domain experts to produce consistent outputs with speed, design pipelines that transform expert input into reviewed, structured RL data, define quality benchmarks and throughput targets, translate model needs into scalable data workflows with Research Engineering, operationalize learning-driven project experiences for experts, build tools to standardize and automate workflows, track execution, unblock operational issues, monitor and optimize throughput, quality, and cost, and measure program success using quality, consistency, and delivery metrics.
• • Bespoke Labs is an applied AI research lab pioneering data and RL environment curation for training and evaluating agents, having curated Open Thoughts, trained SOTA models like Bespoke-MiniChart-7B and Bespoke-MiniCheck, and advanced multi-turn tool use with reinforcement learning, positioning itself to capture a large market share in data and RL environment curation.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in scaling AI data operations, master the translation of ambiguous research needs into production-ready datasets, gain hands-on experience with ML/Rl data pipelines and evaluation frameworks, strengthen cross-functional leadership between research and operations, and contribute to defining a new product category in AI infrastructure while working with domain experts and distributed contributors across hybrid locations in Mountain View, CA and Bangalore, India.
