- • Thrive Global, founded by Arianna Huffington in 2016, is at the forefront of behavior change technology, dedicated to enhancing productivity and well-being through its innovative AI-powered platform. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations to achieve better health outcomes, improved performance, and greater mental resilience by integrating small, science-backed 'Microsteps' into daily routines. These impactful yet manageable steps have been embraced by over 200 organizations in more than 160 countries, reaching a diverse audience from frontline workers to C-suite executives.
- • As Thrive Global continues to expand its global reach and impact, we are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented Global Program Manager to spearhead our vital partnership with Microsoft. This role is instrumental in providing the necessary structure, execution, and coordination for Thrive's worldwide wellbeing program initiatives tailored for Microsoft employees. You will act as the crucial link between Thrive's overarching global strategy and its localized implementation, working hand-in-hand with our regional Wellbeing Coordinators and Health Coaches to ensure consistency, strategic alignment, and demonstrable impact across all program facets.
- • The Program Manager will collaborate extensively with Thrive's internal teams and key Microsoft stakeholders to deliver exceptional, high-visibility programs designed to foster engagement, boost performance, and positively influence health outcomes for Microsoft's vast global workforce. This position demands a proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and a talent for navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- • **Core Responsibilities and Impact:**
- • **Program Coordination & Strategy:** You will partner closely with the lead wellbeing coordinator to meticulously oversee the day-to-day delivery of Thrive's wellbeing programs for Microsoft across all regions. This includes ensuring that all initiatives are seamlessly aligned with Thrive's global wellbeing strategy specifically designed for Microsoft. A key aspect of this role is owning the global program management cadence, establishing and maintaining planning rhythms, comprehensive calendars, and robust tracking mechanisms that foster alignment among diverse regions and stakeholders.
- • **Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:** You will lead and facilitate regular program management calls with key Microsoft stakeholders. This involves presenting program proposals, delivering insightful status updates, proactively identifying emerging needs and potential risks, and recommending strategic engagement approaches and impactful initiatives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for overseeing the global events and communications engine for Microsoft's Wellbeing Program. This entails managing a high volume of events across multiple partners and coordinating intricate internal and external workflows for all communications, including newsletters, Viva Engage content, and ongoing community engagement efforts.
- • **Program Delivery & Optimization:** Your efforts will directly support program delivery with the ultimate goal of achieving program objectives, driving consistent coaching utilization, and significantly increasing platform engagement across all regions. You will be expected to proactively identify any gaps, risks, or misalignments in program execution, bringing forward clear, well-reasoned, and solutions-oriented recommendations to address them.
- • **Cross-Regional Alignment & Collaboration:** You will serve as the primary operational bridge connecting Thrive's international coaching team, regional wellbeing coordinators, and Microsoft stakeholders. This involves owning and refining cross-regional alignment mechanisms to guarantee a seamless, high-impact, and consistent experience for Microsoft employees worldwide. You will work intimately with Thrive's global Wellbeing Coordinators and coaches to harmonize efforts, facilitate the sharing of best practices, and uphold consistent program standards across all markets.
- • **Planning & Reporting:** Co-create and meticulously manage cross-regional planning calendars and sophisticated reporting mechanisms that enhance collaboration and visibility across geographically dispersed teams and time zones. You will be responsible for capturing and synthesizing valuable partner feedback, critical lessons learned from program execution, and emerging needs to inform future program recommendations and contribute to the evolution of our product strategy.
- • **Internal Collaboration & Communication:** Establish and maintain structured internal and external communication rhythms, including regular meetings, crucial touchpoints, clear agendas, and diligent follow-ups. This ensures robust alignment across coaches, coordinators, Microsoft, and their associated partners. You will own the creation, coordination, and approval process for internal communications, guaranteeing clear, consistent messaging and proactively supporting cross-team communication needs with timely, relevant materials and resources.
- • **Driving Impact:** Ultimately, your role is to ensure the successful, scalable, and impactful delivery of Thrive's wellbeing solutions to Microsoft employees globally, contributing directly to the company's mission and the success of this key strategic partnership.
- • This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate the complexities of a large-scale global program. You will be empowered to make a significant impact on the wellbeing of hundreds of thousands of employees worldwide.
