- • Senior Rust Engineer role focused on building Cryptio's Digital Assets Lending Marketplace from the ground up, a high-stakes financial product handling real money, loans, and institutional crypto lending where correctness and reliability are paramount.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and shipping core services for loan disbursements, repayments, margin calls, liquidations, and collateral releases; integrating with custodians and market data providers; building safety guardrails via state machines and audit trails; writing rigorous tests (integration, property-based, fuzzing); owning systems end-to-end; and mentoring engineers while raising technical standards.
- • Cryptio is a leading enterprise-grade financial data transformation and digital asset ERP platform serving accounting, reporting, tokenization compliance, and loan management for crypto businesses, recently backed by a $45M Series B round, operating at the intersection of crypto, fintech, and enterprise software.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend or systems expertise
- • Experience building complex production systems with real business impact in financial services, trading, payments, custody, or settlement
- • Deep understanding of concurrency, race conditions, distributed systems, idempotency, ordering, and partial failure
- • Strong testing and correctness mindset with ability to design safe state transitions, audit trails, and reconciliation flows
- • Rust experience or strong evidence of ability to learn it quickly
- • Ability to write and communicate clearly about complex technical trade-offs
