- • Enveda is at the forefront of revolutionizing drug discovery by harnessing the intelligence of nature. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Program Strategy Manager to join our dynamic Research and Development (R&D) team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in accelerating our mission to transform natural compounds into life-changing medicines. As a remote employee based in the United States, you will be instrumental in driving the execution of our ambitious R&D programs, ensuring that scientific and commercial goals are translated into clear, actionable, and testable plans.
- • In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and managing timelines and deliverables across multiple R&D programs simultaneously. Your ability to meticulously plan, track progress, and proactively address challenges will be essential to our success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls), and external partners, to maintain tight coordination and ensure seamless execution of project milestones. This involves developing and maintaining key project management tools such as Gantt charts, risk registers, decision logs, and study trackers, providing a clear and comprehensive overview of program status and potential roadblocks.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve serving as the primary liaison with Contract Research Organizations (CROs). You will be responsible for overseeing study design, ensuring that experiments are well-conceived and aligned with program objectives. Furthermore, you will manage the execution of these studies, closely monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Upon completion, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of study results, ensuring that data is interpreted effectively and communicated concisely to internal teams. Your ability to maintain high standards of data quality and deliver actionable readouts will be crucial for informed decision-making.
- • The Program Strategy Manager will be expected to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program timelines or deliverables. This requires a keen understanding of the R&D process, from early discovery through to clinical development. You will foster a culture of transparency and accountability, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of potential challenges and mitigation strategies. Your role is to anticipate issues before they arise and to develop robust contingency plans, thereby safeguarding the momentum of our drug discovery efforts.
- • Beyond project management, you will act as a strategic partner, translating complex scientific findings and commercial objectives into tangible, executable plans. This involves a deep understanding of both the scientific underpinnings of our drug candidates and the broader commercial landscape. You will connect data to claims, differentiation, and potential launch timing, ensuring that our research efforts are aligned with market needs and strategic imperatives. This requires a commercially minded approach, viewing scientific progress through the lens of its ultimate impact on patients and the business.
- • We are looking for an individual with a builder mentality – someone who thrives on taking ownership, driving initiatives forward, and operating effectively even in ambiguous situations. You should possess a systems-level organizational approach, characterized by structured planning, clear documentation, reliable follow-through, and ruthless prioritization. Curiosity is paramount; you should be eager to learn, ask challenging questions, and adapt your approach based on new data and insights. Your ability to learn quickly and change course when the data demands it will be a key differentiator.
- • This role is ideal for a scientist with solid scientific literacy who can effectively design and interpret experiments, and collaborate productively with CROs. You should have a proven track record of running multi-workstream timelines, managing risks, and coordinating effectively with external vendors. The ability to communicate complex scientific and project information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, is essential. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to bring novel therapies to patients faster, embodying our commitment to innovation and making a real difference in the world of medicine.

- • Solid scientific literacy to design and interpret experiments and work effectively with CROs.
