  • • Serve as a Corporate Growth Consultant, playing a pivotal role in leading and refining the sales processes for both prospective groups and strategic existing products within Government Employees Health Association, Inc. (G.E.H.A.). This encompasses the comprehensive development and meticulous execution of growth strategies, innovative tactics, and targeted training programs designed to expand G.E.H.A.'s reach and impact.
  • • Actively identify, assess, and develop new business opportunities, contributing to the strategic expansion of the organization's market presence and service offerings.
  • • Provide critical support in developing robust growth and contracting strategies, ensuring alignment with G.E.H.A.'s mission to empower federal workers.
  • • Spearhead the development of sophisticated sales processes, aiming to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
  • • Drive superior client engagement by fostering strong relationships and ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness throughout the sales cycle.
  • • Collaborate closely with senior members of the team and key leaders across Operations, Growth, Product Development, Finance, and other vital departments to understand their needs and challenges.
  • • Build and maintain strong rapport with senior executives, facilitating clear communication and strategic alignment.
  • • Develop and deliver excellent tools, reports, and data analysis that provide essential visibility into sales performance, market trends, and customer insights, enabling informed strategic decision-making on a national level.
  • • Articulate G.E.H.A.’s unique services and value proposition, effectively positioning the organization within the competitive market and against industry standards.
  • • Actively participate in the strategic sales planning, sales strategy formulation, territorial coverage optimization, and budgeting processes, contributing expert insights and recommendations.
  • • Recommend and actively assist in driving the execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, encompassing current year project plans, short-term (two-year) initiatives, and long-term (three-to-five-year) strategic plans focused on sustainable growth.
  • • In conjunction with senior team members and management, meticulously monitor the sales flow, prepare insightful analyses of performance metrics, and formulate actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • • Prepare value-added reports that provide a comprehensive summary of the overall customer base, identifying key trends, opportunities, and potential areas for enhancement.
  • • Consistently monitor product lines and services, identifying opportunities to optimize prospect interaction and providing data-driven recommendations based on evolving sales needs and market dynamics.
  • • Undertake and lead special projects and task forces as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to addressing organizational needs.
  • • Develop compelling messaging and collaborate closely with the Marketing department to create and enhance the Account Manager toolbox, ensuring sales teams have the resources they need to succeed.
  • • Assist in the creation and updating of training materials and policies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in sales enablement.
  • • Manage all regional sales activities within defined budgetary guidelines, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimal resource allocation.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes impacting the health benefits sector for federal employees.
  • • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, Clinical, Operations, and other business units, to ensure that diligence activities are scheduled, coordinated, and executed seamlessly.
  • • Contribute to the creation of functional strategies and specific objectives for cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • • Attend and assist with G.E.H.A. conferences and meetings, representing the organization and contributing to strategic discussions and business development efforts.
  • • Ensure all activities align with G.E.H.A.'s mission to empower federal workers to be healthy and well, and its commitment to providing exceptional health and dental benefits.
