📋 Description

• Manage funding transactions and ensure accurate documentation flow across sold, assigned, and syndicated assets in Verdant’s Capital Markets operations
• Prepare, review, and validate Capital Markets documentation and pricing for lease, tax-oriented, and portfolio transactions to protect Verdant’s rights and obligations
• Oversee assigned asset activity including contract changes, funding transactions, account monitoring, payoffs, and timely closeout while ensuring compliance with insurance, audit, and assignment requirements
• Reconcile servicer reports and support Funding Partner reporting needs in coordination with IT to confirm accurate booking, post-sale servicing, and portfolio data
• Research, analyze, and resolve customer, Funding Source, and internal inquiries to drive timely issue resolution and maintain data accuracy
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Credit, Operations, Accounting, Customers, Funding Sources, and Third-Party Servicers to prioritize and manage requests effectively
• Support syndication systems, migrations, acquisitions, and sales self-syndication efforts while contributing to special projects and maintaining current industry knowledge
• Coordinate and distribute closing documentation to Operations and Accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate project closings
• Notify internal and external stakeholders of upcoming fundings and maintain clear communication throughout the entire funding process
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all capital markets activities
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to support documentation, analysis, and reporting tasks
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities while consistently meeting established deadlines in a fast-paced financial services environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• 4-6+ years of relevant financial services operations experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Effective written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently and meet established deadlines
