  • • As a Programmatic Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our programmatic client accounts on a day-to-day basis. This encompasses the entire lifecycle of programmatic campaigns, from initial strategy development and meticulous setup across various Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) like DV360 and The Trade Desk, to ongoing optimization, performance monitoring, and comprehensive reporting. You will be instrumental in creating and executing bespoke client strategies, ensuring seamless communication with both clients and internal teams.
  • • Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sophisticated media strategies that are tightly aligned with client objectives, leveraging both first-party and third-party data to achieve precise audience targeting and segmentation. You will be responsible for the meticulous planning and setup of programmatic campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance and pacing goals.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves continuous monitoring and proactive optimization of campaigns to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets. You will be tasked with generating insightful performance reports, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be adept at quickly identifying and resolving any issues that may arise concerning campaign performance or delivery, ensuring uninterrupted progress.
  • • Collaboration is central to our success. You will work closely with creative, analytics, and account management teams to guarantee cohesive and integrated campaign execution. This cross-functional coordination ensures that all aspects of a campaign work in synergy to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • • As a client-facing role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients. This involves providing regular, transparent updates on campaign performance, discussing strategic adjustments, and presenting campaign plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations with confidence and clarity. Building and maintaining strong client relationships based on trust and results is paramount.
  • • You will be expected to possess a strong understanding of how programmatic advertising integrates with other marketing channels, both paid and organic, to holistically achieve and surpass client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This strategic perspective is crucial for developing comprehensive and effective marketing solutions.
  • • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients, managing budgets exceeding $50k per month. Your ability to balance multiple projects effectively, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset, will be key to your success in this dynamic role.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies, with a strong preference for B2B experience.
  • • Hands-on expertise in media buying, including building and optimizing campaigns in Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), with a preference for experience in The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360.
  • • Proven track record in programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success.
  • • Strong understanding of how programmatic and other paid/organic channels work together to achieve client KPIs.
  • • Experience successfully driving programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients with budgets over $50k/month.
  • • Excellent cross-collaboration, client-facing communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • • Solid analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
