📋 Description

• As PMO Lead at Carwow Ltd, you will own the delivery of the company’s most critical cross-functional and corporate development programmes, including post-merger integrations and business separations, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed with discipline, transparency, and impact.
• You will build and run the PMO capability from the ground up, establishing governance frameworks, integrated planning, RAID management, change control, and standardized reporting cadences, while driving adoption across Product, Data, Finance, People, Marketing, Commercial, and Technology teams.
• You will personally lead high-stakes programmes from planning through cutover, stabilisation, and close, chairing steering committees, managing risk and escalation, and providing senior leadership and the Board with a single, credible source of truth on delivery status and decisions required.
• You will operate in a fast-paced, high-leverage environment where you influence without formal authority, resolve resourcing conflicts, surface risks early, and ensure priority programmes deliver to plan — turning strategic ambition into measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive programme and PMO leadership experience, including building and running governance, integrated planning, critical-path management, change control, and RAID at scale.
• Proven experience leading complex post-transaction programmes such as M&A integrations or business separations/carve-outs from planning through to close.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across technology, data, finance, people, and commercial domains, influencing without formal authority to unblock decisions and drive outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgement and credibility to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and executives, including Board-level communication.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with shifting priorities, maintaining composure, decisiveness, and organisation under pressure.
• Discretion and integrity in handling highly confidential M&A, financial, strategic, and personnel-related information.
