📋 Description

• • The Project Coordinator is an entry-level role responsible for the day-to-day running of projects, acting as the point of contact for Project Associates and crowd resources, and ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution at the resource level.
• • Day-to-day duties include compiling daily production reports, maintaining timekeeping records, updating Lean documentation, communicating project details and training, addressing resource-level issues, coordinating with other Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers, responding to updates from leadership, identifying process improvements, completing End of Day reporting for shift handoff, and meeting or exceeding KPIs for assigned project workflows.
