📋 Description

• As a Project Engineer (AutoStore) at Kardex Holding AG, you will drive the technical planning and execution of AutoStore projects across Europe, developing smart, customised solutions and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Your day-to-day tasks include creating detailed layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit or similar software, preparing technical specifications, contributing to tender and offer documentation, collaborating with suppliers, installers, customers and regulatory bodies, and supporting project delivery both remotely and on-site.
• You will join Kardex’s brand new office in Parque das Nações / Oriente, Lisbon, as one of the first employees in a supportive and inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and welcomes applications from women and underrepresented groups in engineering.
• In this role, you will grow your engineering career by working on innovative automation projects, gaining hands-on experience with CAD tools, contributing to international projects, and developing expertise in technical design, safety compliance, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-growing, future-oriented logistics solutions company.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or similar)
• Basic experience with CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) or a strong willingness to learn
• Fluent in English and preferred other European languages
• Strong communication skills and openness to working in diverse, international teams
• Proactive and adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for a dynamic, start-up environment and occasional travel within Europe
