📋 Description
- • Lead a remote project to adapt AI evaluation benchmarks into Modern Standard Arabic for the GCC market, ensuring cultural and regulatory alignment with frameworks such as ZATCA, CMA, AAOIFI, and Saudi Aramco HSE/SAES.
- • Onboard and manage GCC-based domain expert pods across sectors including Islamic Finance, Petroleum Engineering, Healthcare, Government, and Real Estate, overseeing task creation, review, scoring, and rework to maintain high-quality output.
- • Coordinate weekly delivery cadence with production support, escalate sourcing or tooling issues, and identify top performers for expanded responsibilities.
- • Partner with LILT’s research team on weekly reviews and contribute insights that inform AI evaluation research and published datasets.
- • Ensure all Arabic content meets professional MSA standards through daily reading, editing, and gate-approval in both Arabic and English, applying expert judgment without reliance on checklists.
- • Operate as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling (approx. 20 hrs/week, Sun–Thu) over a 10-week engagement, delivering timely, consistent output critical to pilot-to-production scaling.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native-level proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) with professional working English for daily content review, editing, and gate-approval.
- • Proven project management experience leading distributed expert teams, preferably in localization, evaluation, annotation, or regulated knowledge-work domains.
- • Familiarity with LLMs, rubric-based evaluation, and LLM pipelines, including ability to operate and guide non-technical users in tool usage.
- • Demonstrated ability to judge quality in professional GCC Arabic content (e.g., distinguishing polished MSA financial drafts from rough ones) without relying on checklists.
- • Working knowledge of one or more relevant sectors: Finance, Healthcare, Government, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Retail, Information, or Professional Services.
- • Strong written communication skills for effective asynchronous coordination across geographically dispersed domain pods.
