- • Oversee changes and updates across projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with operational goals.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact between Project Assistants (PAs), Project Coordinators (PCs), and Senior Project Managers (SPMs) or project developers.
- • Review daily production reports and escalate relevant information to higher-level stakeholders.
- • Verify and approve timekeeping records for PAs and PCs, ensuring accurate payroll and compliance.
- • Maintain and update Lean documentation to reflect current process standards and improvements.
- • Develop and deliver project-specific training materials and conduct training sessions for Project Coordinators.
- • Conduct regular meetings with project developers to gather updates on project status, challenges, and deliverables.
- • Address and resolve project-level issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow integrity.
- • Collaborate with other PCs, PMs, and SPMs to ensure seamless coverage of all duties within the defined process flow.
- • Respond promptly to ambiguities, changes, or updates from SPMs and ensure clear communication to all relevant team members.
- • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement or waste reduction to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- • Collect feedback and suggestions from team members and relay them upward for process optimization.
- • Complete End of Day (EOD) reporting to ensure accurate handoff of responsibilities to the next shift.
- • Meet or exceed all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs tied to the specific process flow of the assigned project.
- • Perform additional duties as required to support project success and operational continuity.
🎯 Requirements
- • College/University degree
- • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • General knowledge of online communication tools
- • Willingness to work overtime when necessary
- • Leadership qualities including ability to give and receive feedback, delegate appropriately, and demonstrate confidence
- • Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset with ability to perform repetitive tasks without quality degradation
