- • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for strategic growth initiatives, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
- • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects or workstreams, managing scope, timeline, and resource constraints to meet business objectives
- • Monitor project progress in real time, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to maintain delivery readiness
- • Drive clear ownership, communication, and accountability across cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations
- • Facilitate regular planning sessions, stand-ups, and status updates to ensure transparency and timely decision-making
- • Translate high-level growth goals into actionable, structured plans with defined deliverables and success criteria
- • Ensure consistency across customer touchpoints and digital surfaces by aligning team outputs with strategic objectives
- • Track and manage critical dependencies and handoffs between internal teams and external partners to prevent delays or misalignment
- • Serve as the central point of coordination for complex initiatives that span multiple departments and external vendors
- • Maintain documentation and reporting standards to support continuous improvement and organizational learning
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment while keeping projects on track
- • Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to align project outcomes with customer experience and go-to-market strategies
- • Support the scaling of new customer touchpoints by ensuring seamless integration of processes, technology, and communication
- • Maintain focus on delivering high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines while balancing competing demands
- • Act as a bridge between strategic vision and operational execution, ensuring initiatives are grounded in practical, achievable steps

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6 years of experience in project management or program management
- • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- • Strong ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies with limited initial context
- • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
