• • Acts as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, conducting regular project reviews to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• • Allocates and manages all necessary resources to meet project objectives and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• • Directs and coordinates the activities of cross-functional project teams, including sales, systems engineering, product development, and technical support personnel.
• • Develops and oversees the creation of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource assignments, and risk mitigation strategies.
• • Manages project schedules and budgets using proven project management tools such as critical path analysis, change order tracking, risk assessments, and action item logs.
• • Ensures the consistent management of the three core project constraints: quality, cost, and time, to deliver successful outcomes.
• • Communicates directly with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, manage expectations, and drive project progress.
• • May be required to work on-site at client locations periodically to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.
