• • The Project Manager, Marketing Operations role at PFM Asset Management is essential for driving the execution, coordination, and delivery of key marketing programs, with a major focus on supporting the organization’s strategic Autoimmune Programs. This position ensures organized workflows, timeline adherence, and effective cross-functional communication to bring marketing initiatives from concept to completion.
• • Day to day, the individual will support the planning, routing, documentation, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns; coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications; manage project workflows in Asana; serve as a central coordinator for cross-functional teams (Strategy, Content, Design, Conferences, etc.); schedule meetings, prepare materials, capture notes and action items; contribute to budget forecasting and invoicing; and support website updates to ensure alignment with business goals.
