- • As an Emergency Call Handling Project Manager, you will lead the implementation, cutover, and hand-off of Next Generation 911 solutions for public safety customers in the Mid-Atlantic Territory, ensuring systems are ready for critical emergency response moments.
- • You will write, manage, and implement master project plans using automated tools, organize and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, provide regular status updates, and lead scheduling reviews to track progress against milestones.
- • You will manage project budgets (labor and capital), conduct cost and risk analyses, ensure compliance with standards, and proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, build and maintain relationships with public safety agencies (police, fire, EMS), and collaborate with regional and territorial leadership to drive project success.
- • You will gain deep expertise in public safety communications systems, including Emergency Call Handling 911, Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management, and Mobile Data Computing, while advancing your project management career within a mission-driven global organization focused on community safety.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, Management, or Technology
- • 3+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience
- • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (no sponsorship available)
