• • Utilize Pulley’s AI-powered permitting platform to track project status, upload documentation, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize submission strategies and forecasting accuracy.
• • Ensure all client communications are timely, transparent, and professional, maintaining high levels of satisfaction through proactive updates and clear expectations management.
• • Conduct regular internal debriefs to share lessons learned from permitting successes and failures, enabling continuous improvement across the permitting operations team.
