• • Lead R&D projects from planning to final release, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables for high-impact software products.
• • Facilitate Agile development processes by acting as Scrum Master when needed, ensuring teams adhere to Agile principles and remove operational roadblocks.
• • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage customer expectations, align deliverables with business goals, and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• • Drive continuous improvement of project management processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices in Agile and hybrid project frameworks.
• • Support and mentor engineering teams to enhance accountability, collaboration, and delivery confidence while maintaining high standards of performance and quality.
• • Manage cross-functional coordination between development, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure timely execution of complex software initiatives.
• • Track project progress using defined metrics and reporting tools, ensuring transparency in timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
• • Apply expert knowledge of software development life cycle models, blending Agile methodologies with traditional project management techniques as needed.
• • Translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling communication for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• • Work in a fast-paced, global engineering environment focused on delivering Redis’s high-performance, in-memory data platform to over 10,000 enterprise customers.
• • Ensure project outcomes align with organizational goals of simplicity, speed, and exceptional user experience in infrastructure and SaaS software.
• • Partner with engineering leads to uphold team commitments, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• • Maintain deep familiarity with database systems, infrastructure software, and SaaS product delivery models throughout the project lifecycle.
• • Contribute to shaping team dynamics by coaching individuals and teams on effective Agile practices, iterative planning, and transparent execution.
• • Enable seamless release cycles by coordinating dependencies across teams and ensuring quality gates are met before product deployment.
