- • Own the full project lifecycle for connected-lighting and IoT solutions across Singapore and Southeast Asia, turning bold ideas into on-the-ground reality that brightens lives and cities. From first client handshake to final sign-off, you will orchestrate multidisciplinary teams, external vendors, and customer ecosystem partners to deliver projects on time, within scope, and under budget.
- • Translate high-level business objectives into crystal-clear, detailed project plans. You will map every milestone, dependency, resource requirement, and risk, then track progress with rigor using MS Project or equivalent tools. When scope, schedule, or cost inevitably shift, you will apply disciplined change-control techniques to keep stakeholders aligned and expectations realistic.
- • Act as the single point of accountability for risk management. You will proactively identify technical, commercial, and regulatory risks across hardware, software, and service components; quantify impact and probability; and design mitigation strategies that protect Signify’s reputation and bottom line. Escalate critical issues to APAC leadership with data-backed recommendations and decisive next steps.
- • Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, consultants, facility managers, and government agencies. You will run steering-committee meetings, craft executive-level status reports, and translate complex engineering updates into language that resonates with C-suite sponsors. Your credibility will turn first-time customers into long-term partners and reference accounts.
- • Champion cross-functional collaboration inside Signify’s 30,000-person global network. You will align sales, engineering, supply chain, finance, and sustainability teams around a unified project vision, ensuring that every function contributes its best talent and resources. Your leadership style will foster psychological safety, creativity, and accountability in equal measure.
- • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, refining templates, and feeding insights back into Signify’s global PMO. You will help standardize methodologies across APAC, mentor junior project coordinators, and contribute to the evolution of best-in-class delivery practices that keep Signify the undisputed leader in connected lighting.
- • Leverage data analytics and AI dashboards to measure project performance in real time. You will translate KPIs such as earned-value metrics, defect density, and customer-satisfaction scores into actionable insights that accelerate delivery speed and enhance quality for homes, offices, stadiums, and entire smart cities.
- • Ensure every project advances Signify’s 125-year legacy of sustainability. You will quantify energy savings, carbon-reduction impact, and circular-economy benefits, then embed these achievements into client success stories that inspire wider adoption of green technology across the region.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
- • 5+ years of proven Project Management experience delivering complex technical projects
- • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- • Demonstrated mastery of project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet
- • Exceptional stakeholder-management and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
