- • As a Proposal Writer at Samsara Inc., you will play a critical role in helping the company win new business by crafting compelling, compliant, and persuasive responses to complex Request for Proposals (RFPs) in both English and French. Your work directly supports Samsara’s mission to improve the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of physical operations worldwide by enabling the sales team to secure contracts in key industries such as transportation, construction, and manufacturing.
- • Day to day, you will respond to intricate customer RFPs, develop multiple proposals under tight deadlines, collaborate with subject matter experts and account executives to gather technical insights, maintain and update the proposal knowledge base, analyze RFP requirements to build detailed schedules and outlines, ensure full compliance with client specifications and timelines, and champion Samsara’s cultural principles of customer focus, long-term thinking, inclusivity, and teamwork throughout the proposal lifecycle.
