- • As a Proposal Writer at TELUS Health, you will be a cornerstone of the proposal development engine, guiding bids from RFP receipt through to final submission to support the company’s mission of delivering comprehensive and compassionate health experiences worldwide.
- • You will lead the end-to-end proposal development process, including compliance assessment, creating outlines and templates, writing bespoke responses to customer questions, managing daily activities, facilitating review meetings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals are persuasive, compliant, and strategically aligned.
- • You will work within a collaborative, high-performing Proposal & Bid Management team that partners with sales, subject matter experts, legal, finance, marketing, and HR to craft client-centred proposals that drive growth across TELUS Health’s health solutions portfolio.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in proposal management, win strategy development, stakeholder collaboration, and technical writing, while contributing to continuous improvement through close-out activities and lessons learned, positioning yourself for advancement in business development or proposal leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field — or 3+ years of equivalent professional experience.
- • A minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal writing with a proven track record of managing multiple proposals simultaneously.
- • Excellent writing and editing skills — you produce clear, concise, and persuasive content with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- • Strong project management skills — you establish priorities, set target dates, and keep complex, multi-stakeholder processes on track.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with an understanding of document design and marketing principles.
