• • As a Protocol Integration Engineer at MLabs, you will be at the forefront of innovation, serving as the critical link between our cutting-edge stablecoin infrastructure and our diverse ecosystem of partners. This role is designed for a highly skilled and motivated engineer who thrives at the dynamic intersection of smart contract development, intricate protocol integrations, and collaborative partner enablement.
• • Your primary mission will be to ensure that our partners can seamlessly and securely leverage our robust digital-dollar building block to launch customized stablecoins, monetize their unique use cases, and maintain complete sovereignty over their financial technology stacks, all while minimizing operational complexities.
• • You will be instrumental in adapting and scaling our existing Solidity and/or Rust (Solana) frameworks. This involves meticulously tailoring these core technologies to precisely match the distinct technical requirements and strategic objectives of each external partner, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve building and maintaining essential infrastructure. This includes enhancing our TypeScript-based APIs, Software Development Kits (SDKs), and broader Web3 infrastructure. The goal is to create a streamlined, intuitive, and highly efficient experience for our partners as they integrate with our platform.
• • You will act as a key technical advocate, playing a vital role in educating partner engineering teams. This involves clearly articulating the core functionalities, architectural nuances, and best practices associated with our integration frameworks, empowering them to build effectively and securely.
• • Ensuring the highest standards of quality and security is paramount. You will actively participate in rigorous code and design reviews, scrutinizing partner extensions and our own infrastructure to guarantee unwavering security, exceptional performance, and robust reliability across all integrations.
• • To facilitate a truly "plug-and-play" experience for our partners, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive technical documentation. This includes developing detailed guides, tutorials, and examples, as well as crafting robust test suites to validate functionality and building seamless deployment scripts that simplify the integration process.
• • This role demands a deep understanding of smart contract development, particularly in Solidity and Rust, coupled with expert-level proficiency in TypeScript for backend and tooling development. You will be expected to contribute to the evolution of our platform, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
