📋 Description

• As a PS Solutions Developer at Epicor Software Corporation, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying business application features that directly support customers’ operational success, ensuring solutions are aligned with both technical requirements and business needs.
• You will contribute to Epicor’s mission of enabling resilient global supply chains by building and maintaining ERP-based solutions that integrate people, processes, and technology for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Estimates scope of work for solutions based on functional and technical requirements provided by Solution Architects and stakeholders.
• Develops, codes, and tests new business application features for Epicor ERP and related platforms, both internally and for external customer deployments.
• Investigates, diagnoses, and resolves reported issues in production environments, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
• Designs scalable and maintainable solutions following Epicor’s architectural standards and best practices, including documentation and peer review.
• Performs periodic upgrades to customer solutions, aligning with new ERP releases and ensuring compatibility and performance.
• Builds and nurtures trusted relationships with customers through regular engagement, actively listening to understand their business challenges and translating them into technical solutions.
• Deploys solutions to customer sites, coordinating with implementation teams and providing technical guidance during rollout and go-live phases.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including solution architects, consultants, QA, and support to ensure end-to-end solution quality and alignment with project timelines.
• Maintains up-to-date technical knowledge of Epicor’s product suite, particularly in C# and SQL, and applies emerging tools and techniques to improve development efficiency.
• Participates in knowledge sharing, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to internal communities of practice to strengthen team capability.

• Gains deep exposure to enterprise software lifecycle management, from requirements gathering through deployment and support, enhancing both technical and consulting acumen.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong development background with proven experience in designing and coding business applications, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Previous exposure to ERP systems or similar enterprise software products, with understanding of core modules such as finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues in production or customer-facing environments.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet delivery commitments.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for onsite customer engagements, design workshops, or complex issue resolution.
