Full Job Description

📋 Description

  • • Kyan Health is at the forefront of revolutionizing employee well-being by integrating it with tangible business outcomes. Our AI-powered enterprise solution leverages predictive analytics to proactively address and mitigate risks such as absenteeism, turnover, and presenteeism, thereby fostering a more productive and engaged workforce. We are deeply committed to the principle of harmonizing professional life with personal well-being, cultivating an environment that not only champions high performance but also nurtures personal growth and holistic health. Our organizational ethos is built upon a foundation of relentless innovation, seamless collaboration, and an unwavering dedication to the well-being of every individual within our team.
  • • As a rapidly scaling health-tech company, Kyan Health is seeking a highly organized and motivated Psychology Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding and managing our global network of licensed psychologists and coaches. This role is crucial for maintaining the high quality of care that defines our brand and ensuring a seamless experience for our provider community. You will be instrumental in building, onboarding, and supporting our network, acting as the primary liaison between Kyan Health and our clinical experts.
  • • Your core mission will be to ensure the continued growth and operational excellence of our provider network, which is the bedrock of our commitment to delivering world-class mental health support. In the next 12–18 months, we are embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, aiming to significantly expand both our Tier-1 provider base and our overall network size. Concurrently, we are broadening our partnerships to offer comprehensive work-life services. In this dynamic environment, you will serve as the central point of contact for our counselors and act as the indispensable right hand to our Head of Operations, ensuring that the provider experience is as exceptional and effortless as the care they deliver to our users.
  • • You will function as the critical "bridge" connecting our strategic business objectives with the invaluable expertise of our clinical professionals. This involves a multifaceted approach to network management and operational efficiency:
  • • **Network Growth Leadership:** Spearhead the entire recruitment lifecycle for new counselors. This includes proactive sourcing of qualified candidates, conducting thorough initial screenings, and managing the contracting process to ensure compliance and alignment with Kyan Health's standards.
  • • **Seamless Onboarding Management:** Oversee the complete end-to-end onboarding journey for every new provider. Your focus will be on creating a welcoming and supportive experience, ensuring each professional is fully integrated, understands the Kyan platform, and feels empowered to begin delivering exceptional care from day one.
  • • **Proactive Relationship Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for our diverse provider community. This involves promptly and effectively addressing queries, providing ongoing support for their daily operational needs, and fostering strong, positive relationships that contribute to provider retention and satisfaction.
  • • **Strategic Process Optimization:** Continuously identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within our recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing network management workflows. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing "smart" improvements, leveraging the power of AI and automation to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and scale our operations effectively.
  • • **Rigorous Quality Maintenance:** Collaborate closely with our clinical leadership and quality assurance teams. Your input will be vital in ensuring that all members of our network consistently meet and exceed Kyan Health's stringent quality benchmarks and regulatory compliance standards.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by tangible achievements:
  • • **Within 6 Months:** You will achieve complete mastery of our recruiting and onboarding processes, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy and operational proficiency.
  • • **Within 12 Months:** You will have successfully identified, designed, and implemented at least one significant process improvement initiative that demonstrably reduces the time-to-onboard for new providers or substantially enhances overall provider satisfaction.
  • • **Within 18 Months:** You will be actively co-managing a substantially expanded global network and will have established yourself as the go-to subject matter expert for all aspects of provider management within Kyan Health.
  • • We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy professional who thrives in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a startup. You should possess a genuine enjoyment for the "human" element of talent acquisition and relationship management, coupled with a strong analytical mindset that drives you to seek out and implement automated solutions for repetitive tasks. Your ability to balance empathy with efficiency will be key to your success in this role.
