• • As a Solutions Integration Engineer at Lavendo Inc., you will be at the forefront of deploying and scaling cutting-edge AI solutions for small businesses. This is a high-ownership role where your contributions will directly shape how our innovative AI-powered voice system is integrated into diverse business operations, driving significant revenue capture and operational efficiency for our clients.
• • You will collaborate closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a senior engineering team, playing a pivotal role in defining the architecture, delivery methodologies, and technical standards for our integration efforts. This position offers a unique blend of deep backend engineering expertise and strategic, client-facing responsibilities, enabling you to build integrations that are critical to our customers' revenue operations and facilitate the adoption of AI at scale by large accounts and partners.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end integration delivery process. This encompasses the entire lifecycle from initial scoping and detailed design through to development, rigorous testing, and successful deployment. You will ensure that every solution meticulously meets the defined business requirements and adheres to production-ready standards, guaranteeing reliability and performance.
• • You will work hand-in-hand with the Lead Engineer to manage the integration lifecycle effectively. This involves clearly defining project requirements, structuring and assigning tasks to ensure efficient workflow, diligently monitoring execution progress, and ultimately achieving timely and successful delivery of all integration projects.
• • A key aspect of this role involves architecting and meticulously documenting integration solutions. You will leverage a robust technical toolkit including Python, REST, gRPC, Kafka, Redis, Postman, and SQL. The documentation will be supported by industry-standard diagrams such as UML (Unified Modeling Language), DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and BRD (Business Requirements Document), ensuring clarity and maintainability.
• • You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of integration projects. This includes proactive sprint planning, continuous tracking of progress against milestones, swift identification and resolution of blockers, and maintaining consistent delivery momentum to meet project timelines.
• • Engaging with stakeholders will be crucial. You will actively communicate to align goals, manage project scope effectively, and proactively prevent deviations from agreed-upon priorities, ensuring projects remain focused and on track.
• • You will champion and drive Agile/Scrum practices within the team. This includes facilitating key ceremonies, maintaining well-organized backlogs in YouTrack, and providing transparent, regular reporting on project status and progress to all relevant parties.
• • Post-deployment, you will ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of integrated systems. This involves implementing proactive monitoring strategies using tools like Grafana and other observability platforms to quickly identify and address any potential issues.
• • You will maintain ultimate accountability for all project milestones, demonstrating a strong ability to deliver results under pressure while upholding the strictest implementation and delivery standards. Your commitment to quality will be paramount.
