• • In this role, you will immerse yourself in real-world software engineering tasks, working directly with production-like codebases. Your primary focus will be on executing intricate coding and debugging assignments that are crucial for the post-training phase of LLMs. This isn't just about writing new code; it's about deeply understanding, analyzing, and refining existing software systems to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI models.
• • You will be responsible for completing a variety of coding and debugging tasks within Python codebases. This involves not only writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code but also meticulously identifying and resolving bugs. A significant part of your work will require you to read, comprehend, and reason about complex existing software systems. This means you'll need to quickly grasp the architecture, logic, and functionality of code you may not have written yourself.
