- • As a QA Analyst - AI Solutions (Greek Speaking) at Sword Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and user experience of our AI-powered healthcare platform, directly contributing to the mission of making world-class, AI-first healthcare accessible to millions globally while reducing unnecessary healthcare costs.
- • Your work will directly impact patient outcomes by validating that AI-driven interventions in pain management, women’s health, movement health, and mental health are safe, effective, and culturally appropriate for Greek-speaking users, helping Sword Health maintain its leadership in evidence-based digital therapeutics.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, product managers, clinicians, and localization specialists to design, execute, and report on test plans that validate both functional and linguistic accuracy of AI interactions in Greek.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria, performing manual and exploratory testing of web and mobile applications, identifying and documenting defects in Jira, and verifying fixes across multiple environments.
- • You will conduct linguistic and cultural validation of AI-generated content, ensuring that all user-facing messages, instructions, and feedback in Greek are clinically accurate, empathetic, and aligned with local healthcare norms and regulations.
- • You will participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to provide QA insights, advocate for quality gates, and help refine acceptance criteria with a focus on user experience and accessibility.
- • You will contribute to test automation efforts by identifying repetitive test scenarios suitable for automation and working with automation engineers to ensure Greek language inputs and outputs are properly handled in test scripts.
- • You will support user acceptance testing (UAT) with Greek-speaking beta users and clinical partners, gathering feedback on usability and effectiveness to inform product iterations.
- • You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sword Health’s AI Care platform features across its expanding portfolio (pain, women’s health, movement, mental health) to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- • You will help establish and improve QA processes, metrics, and best practices tailored to AI-driven healthcare products, including monitoring model drift in language understanding and response generation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in Greek (native or bilingual level) and professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively test and validate AI-generated content and communicate with global teams.
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, including manual test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and participation in agile development cycles.
- • Familiarity with testing web and mobile applications, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or AI-driven products, with understanding of usability, accessibility, and localization principles.
- • Experience using Jira or similar test management tools for logging, tracking, and reporting defects and test progress.
- • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to empathize with end-users to anticipate usability issues and edge cases in conversational AI interactions.
- • Nice-to-have: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing (NLP), or experience testing conversational interfaces or chatbots.
