📋 Description

• As a QA Automation & DevOps Specialist at Foundry For Good, you will play a critical role in enhancing product velocity and deployment reliability by bridging Product and Engineering through automation and infrastructure improvements.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright), translating product requirements into scalable test cases, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring deployment stability, and reducing manual QA dependency through proactive process improvements.
• You will join a mission-driven, self-funded company with a strong people-first culture, 95%+ employee retention, and a global team spanning the US and Philippines, all dedicated to empowering nonprofits and mission-driven organizations through technology.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in test automation, DevOps practices, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to higher-quality releases and enabling engineers and designers to focus on innovation.
