📋 Description

• The QA Tester role at Pear Tree is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of a rapidly evolving SaaS platform serving the childcare and education sector. This position supports product excellence by identifying defects, validating fixes, and collaborating with development teams to enhance user experience across web and mobile applications.
• Day to day, the tester will execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing; investigate and document defects; validate bug fixes; test APIs and third-party integrations; participate in requirements discussions; manage test activities in Azure DevOps; and contribute to improving QA processes and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Pear Tree is a company focused on delivering a SaaS platform for childcare and education, operating with a remote-first culture and emphasizing collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement in product delivery.
• In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in end-to-end QA processes, gain experience with Azure DevOps and API testing, refine analytical and communication skills, and contribute to high-quality releases in an Agile environment while working closely with cross-functional teams.
