📋 Description

• As a QA Lead-Contractor at 3Pillar Global, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the Clinical Ink BX platform, directly impacting clinical research outcomes globally.
• Day to day, you will lead a team of QA engineers, define and execute quality strategy, oversee testing for mobile and backend systems, and ensure compliance with clinical standards through rigorous validation processes.
• You will join a mission-driven team at 3Pillar Global, a technology partner known for delivering innovative software solutions that transform industries, with a strong focus on healthcare and life sciences.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in QA leadership, clinical compliance testing, and test automation strategy while mentoring engineers and influencing product quality at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading QA teams and defining quality strategies for complex software platforms
• Strong background in testing mobile applications and backend systems, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
• Expertise in clinical compliance standards and validation processes (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA)
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG)
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide QA engineers
