📋 Description

• • As a Senior QA Engineer (Automation / Fullstack) at FundraiseUp Inc., you will work in a cross-team role focused on improving product quality through processes, practices, and engineering influence across the entire organization, ensuring the reliability and scalability of a global fundraising platform used by leading nonprofits.
• • Day to day, you will help product teams define and improve testing strategies, review test scenarios and automated tests, analyze defects and flaky tests, drive quality improvements based on metrics, support scalable test automation, contribute to shared test frameworks, collaborate with engineers and QA teams, mentor on testing best practices, and ensure CI performance is not negatively impacted by automation.
• • You will join a distributed team of 160+ product professionals, including 80+ engineers, operating across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus, where deep technical curiosity, knowledge sharing, and a product-first mindset are valued in a flat, collaborative structure.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in influencing quality at scale, shaping testing practices across multiple teams, contributing to shared tooling and frameworks, and growing as a technical leader in test enablement within a high-scale, mission-driven SaaS environment.
