Senior QA Engineer (Automation / Fullstack)

📋 Description

• • As a Senior QA Engineer (Automation / Fullstack) at FundraiseUp Inc., you will serve in a cross-team quality enablement role focused on improving product quality through processes, practices, and engineering influence across the entire organization, ensuring reliable and scalable testing strategies that support a global fundraising platform used by leading nonprofits.
• • Day to day, you will help product teams define and improve testing strategies (unit/integration/E2E), review test scenarios and automated tests, analyze defects and flaky tests, drive quality improvements based on metrics, support teams in building reliable test automation, contribute to shared test frameworks and tooling, collaborate with engineers and QA peers, mentor teams on testing best practices, and ensure test automation does not negatively impact CI performance.
• • You will join a distributed team of 160+ product professionals, including 80+ engineers, primarily based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus, where deep technical curiosity, knowledge sharing, thoughtful collaboration, and a product-first mindset are valued despite the company’s scale.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in quality enablement at scale, influence testing practices across multiple product teams, contribute to shared automation frameworks, gain experience with modern full-stack technologies (TypeScript, React, Node.js/NestJS, Kafka, ClickHouse), and grow as a technical leader who improves quality through process and mentorship rather than just test execution.
