Quality Account Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Quality Account Engineer at Ciena Corporation, you will play a critical role in protecting customer trust by driving end-to-end quality outcomes across hardware and software platforms, ensuring issues are prevented before they occur and maintaining the integrity of Ciena’s high-speed connectivity solutions.
• • Day to day, you will drive resolution of customer-impacting quality issues by identifying root causes and leading cross-functional corrective and preventive actions, act as a quality subject matter expert bridging R&D and customer-facing Quality Management, partner with account teams and customers to align on quality requirements, analyze and report quality metrics to stakeholders, monitor and publish quality trends, recommend process enhancements, and support Global Quality activities throughout the customer lifecycle.
