- • As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Hubstaff, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Growth initiatives and experiments across the platform, directly impacting the experience of over 140,000 global users.
- • You will test Growth experiments, new features, and product improvements across web applications, create and execute detailed manual test cases and regression test plans, identify and document bugs with clear reproduction steps, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the development lifecycle.
- • Hubstaff is a fully remote, product-led company with over a decade of remote work experience, providing industry-leading workforce analytics and time tracking tools for distributed teams, with a mission to empower productive workdays and long-term vision to become essential in every remote company’s tech stack.
- • In this role, you will help improve QA processes and testing documentation, contribute to release confidence in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment, and develop ownership and autonomy while working asynchronously with a global team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional QA experience in SaaS or startup environments
- • Strong experience with manual testing of modern web applications
- • Ability to create clear, structured, and comprehensive test cases
- • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and QA best practices
- • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- • High level of ownership, autonomy, and adaptability in ambiguous environments
