Quality Assurance Intern

📋 Description

• • As a Quality Assurance Intern at Sarjai, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our Voice AI and AI agent products, directly contributing to the success of our rapidly growing AI startup.
• • Day to day, you will assist in designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases, perform manual and automated testing, identify and document bugs using appropriate tools, collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve defects, participate in regression, functional, and performance testing, help improve QA processes and testing frameworks, support release cycles by validating features before deployment, and contribute to documentation of test cases, results, and QA procedures.
• • You will join a small, fast-growing team built with expertise from KSA and Silicon Valley, working on cutting-edge AI products in a mission-driven, collaborative culture that values innovation and rapid iteration.
