• • Embark on a crucial role as a Junior Quality Assurance Tester (Jr QA Tester) at ICF International, Inc., where you will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of software quality. This remote position within the United States offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, working collaboratively with experienced Associate and Senior testers to refine and execute comprehensive test scripts. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the meticulous creation of test scripts, ensuring that every user story meets stringent quality benchmarks before deployment.
• • You will play a vital part in the testing lifecycle by providing detailed and accurate documentation of testing results for all stories and features. This involves not only identifying defects but also clearly articulating the outcomes of your testing efforts to both the QA team and the broader development team. A key aspect of this role is the ability to effectively communicate these findings, bridging the gap between technical execution and project requirements.
• • As you grow in this position, you will gain increasing ownership, eventually authoring User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts. This progression signifies a deepening understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into actionable testing scenarios. You will also actively participate in UAT preparation and troubleshooting, ensuring a smooth and successful validation process from the user's perspective.
