📋 Description
- • As an RCM Analyst at Verse Medical Inc., you will play a critical role in improving revenue cycle performance by identifying and resolving claim denials, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering hospital-quality care everywhere through modern healthcare infrastructure.
- • Day to day, you will analyze denial trends across payers and codes, conduct direct outreach to insurance companies to resolve denials, build and maintain tracking dashboards, perform root cause analysis on high-impact denials, and collaborate with billing, coding, and product teams to prevent revenue leakage.
- • You will join a mission-driven, Series C-backed healthcare technology company that values transparency, rapid iteration, empathy, and focused effort, working within a dedicated revenue cycle team focused on financial integrity and patient care quality.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycle operations, strengthen your analytical and technical skills in data analysis and reporting, and gain experience influencing cross-functional process improvements that recover revenue and enhance system-wide billing accuracy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6 years of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM), with at least 1–2 years in a consulting or advisory role
- • Proven experience working denials across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers
- • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and pivot analysis, familiarity with SQL and reporting tools/BI platforms, and working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding conventions
