• • The Real-time Video Researcher role at Pika Labs is pivotal in advancing next-generation creative infrastructure focused on real-time video generation and intelligent agentic platforms, enabling dynamic and transformative multimedia experiences for millions of creators.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading research on real-time video generation, streaming, editing, and agentic platform orchestration; designing and prototyping novel algorithms for high-fidelity video synthesis; collaborating with engineering and product teams to transition research into production; publishing findings in top-tier venues; and staying current with advancements in generative AI, computer vision, and multimodal systems.
