- • Tebra Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Customer and Partner Marketing team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who can drive strategic initiatives for Tebra’s partner programs, manage the partner portal, develop essential partner enablement resources, and oversee daily operations and partner relationships. You will be instrumental in fostering an engaging and valuable experience for Tebra’s referral and integration partners by collaborating closely with various cross-functional teams.
- • As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing sophisticated strategic programs and co-marketing campaigns with Tebra’s most important partners. Your leadership will be crucial in crafting go-to-market strategies that not only amplify brand visibility but also significantly boost partner engagement and deliver measurable business outcomes. Leveraging a robust background in partnership management and marketing, exceptional relationship-building capabilities, and a keen, metrics-driven mindset, you will ensure our partner programs consistently deliver substantial value to both Tebra and our valued collaborators.
- • Your primary focus will encompass several key areas of partner engagement:
- • **Partnership Strategy Development:** Proactively identify, evaluate, and nurture strategic alliances that are in strong alignment with Tebra’s overarching business objectives. This involves a deep focus on sustainable partnership growth and the cultivation of long-term, mutually beneficial value.
- • **Partner Enablement Resources:** Design and meticulously manage the critical touchpoints within our partners’ lifecycle. This ensures that partners are thoroughly enabled on Tebra’s products, services, and available resources from the very beginning of their engagement, setting them up for success.
- • **Campaign Execution:** Take ownership of the planning, management, and successful execution of joint marketing campaigns. This includes a wide range of activities such as targeted email marketing, informative webinars, collaborative content creation, and impactful events designed to reach shared audiences.
- • **Go-to-Market Strategy:** Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that ensure strong brand alignment with our partners and are specifically designed to drive joint business growth and market penetration.
- • **Performance Analysis:** Diligently track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and partner initiatives. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to continuously optimize future efforts and maximize ROI.
- • **Relationship Building:** Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based, and mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders within our partner organizations. Facilitate seamless collaboration and ensure consistent alignment on goals and strategies.
- • **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Work collaboratively and effectively with internal Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure that partnership marketing efforts are fully integrated and maximize their impact across the organization.
- • **Partner Portal Management:** Maintain Tebra’s partner portal, ensuring it is consistently updated with the latest and most relevant partner enablement resources. Critically, you will also maintain a key understanding of current partner adoption rates and user behavior within the portal to identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and improved user experience.
- • This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building and nurturing successful partnerships. You will be a champion for our partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to thrive, thereby contributing directly to Tebra's mission of unlocking better healthcare through technology.
