  • • Maintain and update forecasting and budget models across all planning cycles, including data pulls, formula logic, and version control to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • • Prepare and validate data inputs for planning tools (Planful), ensuring alignment with Senior Manager assumptions and clean, reliable datasets
  • • Support rolling forecast cycles by refreshing data, updating model inputs, and flagging performance trend changes that impact forward-looking projections
  • • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform leadership planning discussions and support strategic decision-making
  • • Manage logistics of Budget, Reforecast, and rolling forecast cycles, including templates, trackers, timelines, and documentation
  • • Lead and support ad hoc analytical investigations by independently pulling, structuring, and interpreting data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
  • • Proactively identify patterns in historical and current data that signal future business implications, and translate findings into actionable hypotheses and recommendations
  • • Connect past and present performance metrics to planning assumptions to anticipate consequences before they manifest in results
  • • Build analytical outputs including charts, tables, summaries, and first-draft narratives for Senior Manager refinement and leadership communication
  • • Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable narratives that non-technical stakeholders can understand and act upon
  • • Query, transform, and validate large datasets in Databricks using strong, production-quality SQL to ensure data reliability and integrity
  • • Own the data layer supporting planning and analytics, ensuring inputs are well-documented, traceable, and ready for use across teams
  • • Proactively identify and escalate data quality issues, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve them before they affect outputs or decisions
  • • Actively leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate analysis, and improve team efficiency and output quality
  • • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data definitions, model logic, and process steps to serve as the team’s single source of truth
  • • Deliver accurate and timely planning inputs across at least one full Budget or Reforecast cycle
  • • Independently lead or meaningfully contribute to at least one ad hoc investigation with clear findings and a well-communicated narrative
  • • Surface at least one forward-looking insight that informs a planning assumption or business decision before it becomes visible in results
  • • Establish a reputation as the team’s go-to resource for data questions, trusted for both technical accuracy and analytical judgment
  • • Integrate AI tools as a measurable and habitual part of daily workflow to enhance productivity and analytical depth
  • • Build and maintain trusted working relationships with the Finance team to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
  • • Measure success through accuracy and timeliness of data inputs, quality of analytical outputs, proactive identification of risks, and adoption of AI and automation

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2 to 4 years of experience in business analytics, revenue planning, FP&A, or a related field
  • • Strong, production-quality SQL proficiency with hands-on experience in Databricks
  • • Advanced Excel skills including complex modeling, scenario analysis, and handling large datasets
  • • Ability to connect historical data trends to future implications and deliver proactive recommendations
  • • Clear communication skills to translate complex data into plain-language narratives ready for leadership use
  • • Active user of AI tools or demonstrated readiness to adopt them in daily work
