📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient data solutions for rebates data warehouse, ensuring compliance with functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align data solutions with business strategy and enterprise standards, driving technology innovation through proof-of-concepts and integration of emerging tools
• Provide guidance and mentorship to intermediate and junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices while defining and monitoring performance metrics for operational health and sustainability
• Deliver clear documentation, roadmaps, and technical recommendations for leadership review, enabling sustainable data practices across the enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
• 5 years work experience in data engineering or related field
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
