You will be instrumental in driving hiring outcomes by personally sourcing, engaging, and closing exceptional candidates, thereby elevating the quality of talent within the organization. Simultaneously, you will be responsible for architecting and refining the recruiting team and processes necessary to support our ambitious growth trajectory.   • • **Hiring Execution Excellence:** Your primary focus will be on delivering a consistent volume of high-quality hires, targeting 4-6 individuals per month. These hires will span critical U.S. consulting roles, ranging from Analyst to Senior Manager levels, ensuring we have the expertise to meet client demands.
  • • **Pipeline Development and Management:** You will proactively build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline. This involves employing advanced outbound sourcing strategies, actively encouraging and leveraging employee referrals, and efficiently managing inbound applications to ensure a continuous flow of qualified talent.
  • • **Candidate Experience and Closing:** You will conduct sharp, insightful screening interviews, orchestrate a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, and expertly close top-tier candidates, making a compelling case for their career advancement with TechTorch.
  • • **Performance Reporting:** You will provide clear and concise reporting on hiring performance, pipeline status, and key recruitment metrics directly to the leadership team, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • • **Team Leadership and Development:** As the Recruiting Lead, you will guide, coach, and develop a team of recruiters. This includes setting rigorous quality standards, fostering a high-performance culture, and continuously improving team-wide effectiveness and efficiency.
  • • **Recruiting Infrastructure Development:** You will be responsible for building and optimizing the essential recruiting infrastructure. This encompasses designing scalable processes, establishing clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and implementing robust reporting mechanisms that empower the team to operate effectively as we grow.
  • • **Strategic Partnership:** You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and refine hiring strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and establishing clear candidate evaluation standards.
  • • **Data-Driven Improvement:** You will leverage recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, diagnose inefficiencies, and implement targeted improvements across key metrics such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, and candidate quality.
  • • **AI and Tool Utilization:** You will explore and implement AI-powered tools and innovative technologies to enhance sourcing effectiveness and optimize the overall recruitment workflow for the team.
  • • **Market Intelligence:** You will act as a subject matter expert on the talent market, providing valuable intelligence on compensation trends, emerging talent landscapes, and competitor hiring activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • • **Raising the Bar:** You will embody and promote a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking ways to enhance our employer brand and attract the best possible talent to TechTorch.
