📋 Description
- • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommendation for hire across Spanish- and Italian-speaking markets in Europe.
- • Conduct initial phone screens and facilitate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates through targeted market research, advanced internet searches, and ongoing bench management.
- • Develop and execute creative, data-driven recruitment strategies tailored to client needs, with a focus on achieving high submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by consulting on hiring decisions, compensation structures, and recruitment processes to add strategic value and ensure client satisfaction.
- • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to foster trust, repeat business, and positive brand reputation.
- • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for candidate submissions and hires, consistently delivering results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- • Accurately update and manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data, ensuring all candidate and client information is current, complete, and compliant with internal reporting standards.
- • Present qualified talent to clients while effectively addressing objections and overcoming hiring barriers throughout the recruitment process.
- • Collaborate with the recruitment team to share insights, improve processes, and contribute to a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
- • Utilize strong social media presence and digital tools to source top-tier candidates and enhance employer branding in Spanish- and Italian-speaking regions.
- • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems to manage administrative responsibilities including reporting, data entry, and performance tracking.
- • Anticipate client hiring trends and candidate market dynamics to proactively adjust recruitment approaches and stay ahead of evolving talent needs.
- • Embrace changing priorities and adapt quickly to shifting client demands, deadlines, and recruitment strategies without compromising quality or efficiency.
- • Communicate the status of the recruitment pipeline clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
