📋 Description

• • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including candidate sourcing, screening, phone interviews, interview facilitation, and feedback collection from clients and candidates.
• • Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates through market research, passive candidate sourcing, and ongoing bench management to anticipate client hiring needs.
• • Develop and execute creative, proactive recruitment strategies to identify both active and passive talent across competitive markets.
• • Present high-quality candidate shortlists to clients and effectively navigate and overcome objections during the hiring process.
• • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing consultation on final candidate selections, compensation structures, and recruitment best practices.
• • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for candidate submissions and hires, consistently tracking performance against key metrics.
• • Accurately update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data and generate required reports for internal and client use.
• • Manage administrative responsibilities related to recruitment operations, including documentation, scheduling, and communication coordination.
• • Demonstrate proficiency in using social media platforms and advanced internet search techniques to source top-tier talent.
• • Communicate recruitment pipeline status clearly and confidently to team members and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
• • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing client demands while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
• • Collaborate actively with the recruitment team, contributing ideas and supporting peers to enhance overall team performance and culture.
• • Apply knowledge of recruitment best practices to deliver strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer conversion ratios.
• • Utilize competitive market intelligence to inform candidate positioning and client recommendations.
• • Maintain a client-first mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery and candidate experience.
• • Execute recruitment process strategies with clarity on RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) models and client relationship dynamics.
• • Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple concurrent roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• • Possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support reporting, communication, and documentation tasks.
