📋 Description
- • This role is critical to shaping how Goodyear hires by partnering with the business to understand talent needs, deliver market insights, and build strong talent pipelines that support business continuity and performance.
- • Day to day, the recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment processes including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and hiring execution, while partnering with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements and set realistic expectations based on market data.
- • The Talent Acquisition team at Goodyear operates as a strategic partner to the business, focused on elevating recruiting from transactional to advisory through data-driven insights, process improvement, and global initiatives that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in strategic talent acquisition, data-informed hiring decisions, stakeholder management, and process optimization, with opportunities to contribute to global TA projects and employer branding efforts that impact a workforce of 68,000 across 19 countries.
